Mermaid Erina

 

Mermaid Erina swims to you from the ponds and rivers of Northern Illinois, where she was born and raised. Her family owns and runs Edwards Apple Orchard in Poplar Grove, and Edwards Orchard West in Winnebago- which inspired her social media handle, @Appleblossomermaid; you can follow her underwater and land adventures on Instagram and Tiktok. 

She has been certified in adult and pediatric CPR for more than a decade. She attained her Advanced Mermaid training in 2023, and PADI Mermaid Instructor in May 2024. As a member of the Mermaid Swim Club of Chicago, she trains weekly on underwater performance. She finished 3rd place in their first competition in March 2024, she held the highest overall score for her artistic swim.

While wearing her land legs, you can call her Erin. During the week, she teaches several formats of yoga for health in both mind and body. In her spare time, she works as a mermaid and princess at events all year round. Her passion is sharing the magic of live entertainment and connecting with the world around her- reminding others to lean into love and joy because it's all around.
